We’re opening our doors to the entire equestrian community—all disciplines welcome—for an evening of camaraderie, connection, and good cheer. Whether you ride, train, cheer from the rail, or love the sport, we’d love to see you there.

Expect a relaxed atmosphere and light hors d’oeuvres, and we’ll surprise you now and then with specialty cocktails and drink features.

An Evening of Game & Wine

Join us for a delectable culinary journey celebrating the artistry of wild game and fine French wines. This exquisite five-course dinner begins with a vibrant salad of baby spinach, duck confit, cranberries, and creamy maconnais cheese, paired with a youthful Beaujolais-Villages. The adventure continues with cherry-glazed quail stuffed with polenta and shallots, complemented by the structure of a Côte de Brouilly.

A rich course of handmade wild boar ravioli follows, finished with sauce bordelaise and harmonized by a bold Vinsobres. The main courses showcase pheasant roulade with celeriac purée, paired with a beautiful, juicy Vin Rouge and venison loin dressed in cola reduction with thyme-scented flan—elegantly matched with the depth of a  Bordeaux Supérieur.

The evening concludes on a sweet note with a delicate petit four and a golden pour of Sauternes.

This dinner promises an indulgent exploration of flavors, textures, and perfectly chosen pairings—a night to savor and remember.
