Yukon Gold Potato-Crusted Salmon - Sautéed asparagus, whole-grain mustard butter 

Baby Lamb Chops - Winter ratatouille, herbed jus

Pappardelle Pasta - Tarragon cream sauce with crab (Can be prepared without crab for a vegetarian option)

We’re opening our doors to the entire equestrian community—all disciplines welcome—for an evening of camaraderie, connection, and good cheer. Whether you ride, train, cheer from the rail, or love the sport, we’d love to see you there.

Expect a relaxed atmosphere and light hors d’oeuvres, and we’ll surprise you now and then with specialty cocktails and drink features.
